has gloss	eng: Art comics are comics, comic strips or comic books that combine aspects of regular comics with an art world aesthetic. The term may be used to describe an artists aesthetic style (like Ron Rege Jr.), an illustrated story in an anthology (such as RAW), or a stand-alone publication. Sometimes printed as minicomics similar to artists books and zines, art comics are frequently produced in small-edition runs that employ various printmaking techniques such as silkscreen, photocopying, linocuts, or rubber stamps.
