has gloss	heb: בית סוסין (בערבית بيت سويسن) היה כפר ערבי בגבול הרי יהודה ושפלת יהודה כ-17 קילומטרים דרומית מזרחית לרמלה וכשלושה קילומטרים דרומית ללטרון, בגובה 310 מטר מעל פני הים. הכפר היה שייך לנפת רמלה מחוז לוד (1945). בשנת 1596, בתקופה העותמאנית, נמנו בכפר 308 תושבים. במפקד האוכלוסין המנדטורי משנת 1931 מנתה האוכלוסייה 70 תושבים. מספר התושבים עלה ל-210 בשנת 1945. במלחמת העצמאות, במהלך ההכנות למבצע בן נון ב, ב-28 במאי 1948, נכבש הכפר על ידי פלוגה א' מגדוד 72 של חטיבה 7 והתרוקן מתושביו‏‏ .
