has gloss	eng: The Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Bogazici University (BUEE) has stated its educational mission as to provide its students with an excellent undergraduate education to prepare them for successful professional careers in the international arena, as well as for the top-rating graduate schools. Our research mission is to carry out world-class research in selected areas of electrical and electronics engineering. Faculty currently has 25 members, 22 teaching assistants and technical staff serving 300 undergraduate students and over 150 graduate students. Students can choose four areas of specialization: #Telecommunication and Signal Processing, #Electronics, #Control Theory and #Solid State. Double Major programs with Physics and Mathematics department are present to make students earn a multidisiciplinary educational background for their further academic life. The quality of the undergraduate education is accredited by ABET.
