has gloss	eng: The CIS 50MG is a gas operated, air cooled, belt-fed heavy machine gun developed and manufactured by Chartered Industries of Singapore (CIS) in the late 1980s, in response to a request by the Ministry of Defence (Singapore) to replace the venerable 12.7mm Browning M2HB machine guns then in service with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). In 1988, CIS introduced the new 12.7mm machine gun which was aptly named as the CIS 50MG, after two years of development and testing phase.

has gloss	rus: CIS 50MG — станковый пулемёт сингапурской оружейной компании Singapore Technologies Kinetics (STK), разработанный для замены устаревающему американскому пулемёту Browning M2HB на основе разработок 1970-х годов крупнокалиберного пулемёта Dover Devil / GPHMG. В 1988 году пулемёт после приёма пошёл в серийное производство и теперь состоит на вооружении армии и флота Сингапура. Также оружие поставляется в Индонезию.
