has glosseng: The Civil Air Patrol National Cadet Competition is the highest echelon of competition for Civil Air Patrol Color Guards and Drill Teams including all 52 Wings and 8 regions of the Civil Air Patrol. The National Cadet Competition (NCC) is typically rotated every two years to a new aerospace venue. Most recently, in 2009, the competition was held July 9 - 12 in McMinnville, Oregon at Evergreen Aviation Museum home of the Spruce Goose. Winners have been posted below.
