has glosszho: 少林五祖是指傳說中康熙火燒(福建蒲田)南少林寺之後逃生出來之五個少林高手。五人名蔡德忠、方大洪、馬超興、胡德帝、李式開,從此立誓要反清復明,他們分別在南部各省開山立堂,廣收門徒,授與拳術,建立洪門。比較可信的說法是此五人是反清復明的將領,隨史可法抵抗清軍兵失敗後轉而追隨鄭成功部隊,直到鄭退守台灣後,鄭成立洪門,由台灣派往南中國成立『漢留』組織。即留守中土,廣招反清義士,等待時機,聽候鄭成功台灣方面之命令。台灣被清招降後,他們在南中國留下之武術門派,統稱為南少林『功夫』。兩廣人士稱武術為功夫。
