He is best known for seeking the US Congressional seat, Texas, District 4, during the 2008 elections. He ran as a Libertarian Party candidate and received 2% of the vote in his first attempt at seeking any political office. He has recently announced that he will seek election for the same Congressional seat in 2010, running again as a Libertarian.
