Information
has glosseng: The frequent flyer program is the name of a controversial technique used by the USA during the "war on terror". In the technique guards made sure captives were deprived of sleep by moving them from one cell to another, multiple times a day, for days or weeks on end. Michael Bochenek, an Amnesty International official authorized to attend the hearing, told reporters for the Agence France Presse that "There are no recording documents" -- so Guantanamo officials could not state how widespread the technique's use was.
