e/Heros of Arles

has gloss	eng: Heros was Bishop of Arles from 408 to 412. Prosper of Aquitaine describes him in his Chronicum as "vir sanctus, et beati Martini discipulus". In 411, the usurper Constantine III took refuge in Arles, where he was captured by the loyalist general Constantius III. Heros appears to have been regarded with suspicion and was replaced by Patroclus of Arles, and the diocese elevated to a place of primacy in Gaul.
