has gloss	eng: Isa Tarsah Kelemechi (Chinese: Ai-hsüeh) was a Syrian Nestorian Christian scientist, and official at the Chinese court of the Mongol Great Khan Kubilai in the 13th century. Kubilai would establish a second Observatory for Islamic astronomy in 1271, directed by astronomer Jamal al-Din. The message, written in imperfect Latin, said:
