| has gloss | mal: ഖയാല് അഥവാ ഖ്യാല് എന്നത് ഹിന്ദുസ്ഥാനി ശാസ്ത്രീയ സംഗീതത്തിലെ ഒരു വിഭാഗമാണ്. താളഭദ്രമല്ല ആലാപനം. രാഗഭാവത്തെ കുറഞ്ഞ സാഹിത്യത്തിലൂടെ പലതരത്തില് പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് കലാകാരന് ചെയ്യുക. ഇത് തബല വാദ്യത്തിന്റെ അകമ്പടിയോടെയാണ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുക. പക്കവാദ്യമായി ഹാര്മോണിയം, സാരംഗി, വയലിന് , ദില്റുബ എന്നിവയിലേതെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടാകും. ഖയാല് വായ്പ്പാട്ടിന് പ്രധാനമായും രണ്ടു ഭാഗങ്ങളുണ്ട്. വേഗത കുറഞ്ഞ (വിളംബിത കാലം) ബഡാ ഖയാല് , വേഗത കൂടിയ (ദ്രുത കാലം) ഛോട്ട ഖയാല് . പേര് സൂചിപ്പിക്കും വിധം ബഡാ ഖയാല് ദൈര്ഘ്യം കൂടിയതും ഛോട്ടാ ഖയാല് ദൈര്ഘ്യം കുറഞ്ഞതുമായിരിക്കും. രാഗാലാപനത്തിന് ഖയാലില് പ്രാധാന്യം കുറവാണ്. |
