It originally had the name Boston-pyörä (Boston wheel) that referred to a cigarette brand, but the name was later changed due to new legislation concerning public cigarette and alcohol advertising. The wheel was made in Germany and its diameter is 24 meters. Until 1998 it was the largest Ferris wheel in Finland. Later it was topped by Giant Wheel of Suomen Tivoli. |
