has gloss	eng: Marv Kaisersatt began woodcarving seriously in 1976 and has been teaching caricature carving since 1985. He specializes in carving multi-figure scenes from a single block of basswood. His figures depict “ordinary folks doing ordinary things in extraordinary ways.” Reminiscent of Norman Rockwell, Marv's pieces capture the humor, tenderness and irony in the human situation.
