| has gloss | zho: 简介 中華人民共和國媒體令人驚訝的多元性最主要是由於絕大部分的國家媒體機構不再領有龐大的政府津貼(或補助金)。同時中國政府也希望這些媒體能靠著商業廣告來養活自己。在這種情況下,這些媒體不再只能當政府的代言人,他們同時也必須要製作一些能吸引觀眾的節目,也才能因此收取較多的廣告收入。 同時,雖然中國政府明確定義哪些資料可以刊登或出版,哪些資料不可以刊載或發行,但是中國政府不但沒有禁止,甚至鼓勵國家媒體彼此為了吸引讀者與增加廣告收入而競爭。但是中國政府在徹銷給予傳媒的大量補助金之後,有相當多的小報(甚至包含由中國共產黨所擁有的報紙),為了吸引讀者,開始大膽的寫社論批評政府。對於這些傳媒而言,破產比政府的政治迫害還要可怕。 |
