Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1943, Glaser received his B.A. from Denison University and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Kent State University. He began teaching at St. Marys College of Maryland in 1970, retired and became a Professor Emeritus in 2008. He lives in St. Marys City with his wife, Kathleen, and is the father of five grown children and nine grandchildren. ds Awards and accolades Michael S.
