The format has become more widely implemented since the 2004 launch of The Ed Schultz Show, The Stephanie Miller Show, and Air America Radio, and now includes syndicated personalities such as Randi Rhodes, Mike Malloy, Thom Hartmann, Alan Colmes, and Bill Press.
