The network was formed after GMA Network leased the entire airtime block of ZOE Broadcasting Network flagship station DZOE-TV 11, after Citynet Television (lastly named Channel [V] Philippines) was closed in 2001. This station studios are located at 22/F Strata 2000 Bldg. Emerald Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City and GMA Network Center, EDSA corner Timog Ave., Diliman, Quezon City. With transmitters at Brgy. Culiat, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
