| has gloss | eng: Dr Robert Parkes is Deputy Head of School (Teaching and Learning) in the School of Education, at the University of Newcastle, Australia, a position he has held since February 2008. He is a Senior Lecturer in Curriculum Theory, History Education, and Media Literacy.
