has gloss	deu: Ein Insichgeschäft (Selbstkontraktion) liegt vor, wenn jemand ein Rechtsgeschäft entweder im eigenen Namen oder im Namen eines von ihm Vertretenen mit sich selbst als Vertreter eines Dritten abschließt. Gemäß BGB sind derartige Geschäfte nur zulässig, wenn die beteiligten Vertragspartner dem Vertreter das Selbstkontrahieren gestattet haben oder aber das Rechtsgeschäft ausschließlich in der Erfüllung einer Verbindlichkeit besteht.
