has gloss	eng: The Trio Towers are towers to be built in Tripoli, Libya as proposed by the Noor City Development Corp.. One tower will be used for condominium/commercial purposes while the other two would be use as hotels. Unlike any buildings, it will be built on water with 3 floors of each tower would be submerged underwater. It would be at least 175 meters tall making the towers one of the tallest in Africa.
