Founded in 2001, in Gorky, Belarus, as a group of enthusiasts, mostly students of Gorky state University, studiing paranormal phenomena in local area. Later, group developed into a state-wide networked community of volunteers, performing both local and state-wide field, monitoring and analitical research projects.
