has gloss	eng: A Vista-Dome is type of Skoolies bus conversion that was inspired by the original railway dome cars. The traditional Skoolies Vista-Dome bus is constructed by cutting the top off a VW Minibus and welding it to a matching hole in the roof of an old School bus. There are many variations on this theme of custom bus conversion where people have hacked a variety of vehicles together. Almost all of these types of busses are lived in, some also used as businesses. The term Vista-Dome for this type of Skoolies bus was coined by Lisa Steenson and Lori Dieda in their board game Redneck Life.
