has gloss	jpn: 国策捜査（こくさくそうさ）とは、捜査方針を決める際に、政治的意図や世論の動向に沿って検察（おもに特捜検察）が「まず訴追ありき」で捜査を進めることをいうが、法令上の用語ではない。捜査を進める場合だけでなく捜査を控える場合をも含めて国策捜査ということもあるが、一般にはこれらを区別して後者を特に逆国策捜査ということがある。
